| "My girlfriend and I have known Bob for several years now. He has always been a good friend and neighbor, so when the time came for us to find a place of our own, Bob was the number one choice on our list. Being first time home buyers we had the standard nerves about what would be involved in this real estate venture. Bob made things easy from the start by working with us on a list of needs and wants for the new house. He then sent us listings by email of house choices that allowed easy access to house specs, prices, and pictures.
Bob said from day one, “We are going to see a lot of houses, but before we see any, I want you to pick out 10 choices that you think suit you.” This gave us a goal from the start, and having a little homework of our own helped us to distinguish a lot of the differences between houses that were available. We ended up participating in around a dozen “walk-throughs.” After each walk-through Bob sat down with us and listened to what we liked and disliked about the choice. He then went through various details that we had not even considered that would be applicable to the houses we had seen. Advice like “how close are you to a fire station in case of emergency?” and, “think of what the yard will look like after a few weeks of rain – will there be flooding?” were offered by Bob, and these were items that we had not had the experience to consider ourselves. One of the most important aspects to viewing the houses and the post conversations we had, was how Bob pointed out various aspects of the house that applied or did not apply to our personalities. There are a lot of wonderful houses on the market, but if they don't match who you are then there is the chance of not being happy over the long term. Bob took the time to consider this aspect of each house for us, and this made us feel absolutely confident when we had made our final house choice.
After one month and change, we had a house that not only suited our needs but matched our personalities and lifestyles as well. Bob handled every question and dealing with the seller’s realtor on our behalf, which left the inspections, appraisals, and closing to be a nearly carefree and smooth event. We are very thankful to have Bob as a friend and to have had his assistance and guidance through this next step of our lives. | From the moment we first spoke to Bob, we knew we’d finally found the right Realtor. We had already been talking to several other Realtors prior to Bob, but they never got back to us after our initial contact. With Bob it was different. |  My husband and I are very appreciative of Bob and all he has done for us in the past two months. We were moving from Baton Rouge, La. to Nashville, TN. and were on a very tight time schedule.
